How to be prepared:
This advising call will be a conversation discussing your current lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness habits, and how to make the appropriate changes to ensure effective fat loss results.

In order to maximize our time on the call, you will be provided with two questionnaires the must be filled out prior to our call.
